About the event

Sundays 9:00-10:30am

Over five weeks we will immerse ourselves in meditations on the five elements. Realizing the unity of elements within and without loosens the painful conditioning we carry and connects us to the whole of life. Setting down this often heavy load of habitual patterning reveals our innate interbeing. Our true nature, we discover, is compassionate, wise, and naturally happy -- in a word, peace. Inspired by teachings from a variety of traditions, students will be encouraged to practice throughout each week to deepen their unfolding.

Becoming a greater agent for peace benefits ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world. Connecting with fellow practitioners in these courses is an excellent way to deepen and sustain your meditation practice. Group sharing and mutual support will be an integral part of this course.

Cost is on a sliding scale. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Scholarships are available.

Facilitated by Sarah Carlin-Ball. Sarah studies with a variety of teachers and on her own, including four years of intensive study with non-dual teacher, Matt Flickstein, and a long relationship with Terry Hagan and Mala Sikka, core teachers at the Dharma Centre of Canada.

"Sarah was very committed to the group and clearly practices the teachings and made the experience very meaningful to us all."

"Sarah's way of teaching is as invaluable as what she teaches. She possesses a deep knowledge of her material - her guided meditations were superb. The follow up weekly emails only added to the value of the course."
