About the event

Learn new skills and strategies to manage stress and anxiety. Cultivate a friendlier relationship with the present moment. All levels of experience welcome.

Each week we will explore why mindfulness is important, tools to create mindfulness habits and why creating a new relationship with our minds can change everything.  All in a warm and supportive group environment.
