About the event
Freedom of Beginners' mind
7 Sundays starting October 27 - from 7 to 8:30 pm ET - on Zoom
Habitual thoughts and subsequent actions condition the mind. This conditioning cloaks the truth of the present moment and hinders clear seeing leading to suffering. What we feed the mind becomes our reality. As a community of spiritual friends, we will bring a beginners' mind to these habits and patterns to find the freedom that waits beyond them.
Each week we will explore a topic related to releasing habits of mind through meditation, reflection and contemplative dialogue.
Spiritual Friendship is the foundation of this gathering and based on the principles of Insight Dialogue (ID). No previous experience with ID is required.
Registration fee is $35. Participants will have the opportunity to offer dana to the teacher at the end of the course.
